2-5 participants 650 Euro + 18% VAT
6 and more 625 Euro + 18% VAT

3rd Payment Term
(after November 5, 2007)

725 Euro + 18% VAT
700 Euro + 18% VAT
675 Euro + 18% VAT

  • The fee includes luncheons, tea-coffee offers and Conference Kit.

Payment

  • Your payment is documented by an invoice or Association Donation Receipt. If you choose Association Donation Receipt, 18% VAT will not be added.
  • When you transfer participation fee, please notice that there must be your company name and event code ‘LEAN SUMMIT 2007’ in the explanation of bank slip.
  • Please transfer the fee to the bank account shown below,

Registration Procedure

  • After filling in the registration form below, please send it with your bank slip to our fax (0212 271 84 52).
  • The registration forms sent without the bank slip will be kept as provisional reservations.
  • The payment must be completed in that term and the bank slip must be sent to our Association Center so that the foregoing discounts will be valid.
  • Certain registration will be made after the payment fee is transferred into the bank account.
  • The confirmation of your registration will be sent you by your e-mail address or fax in the form below.

Cancellation / Change

  • The participation fee will be paid back whenever it is cancelled 4 weeks before the conference date.
  • The cancellations which are made 15 days before the conference date are dependent on a deduction (20%).
  • It will not be paid back for the cancellations which are made 1 week before the conference date. You may transfer your participation right to another person.
  • Any request for cancellations and changes must be sent in writing.
